Linux Mint 11 Katya telah dirilis kemarin tepatnya tanggal 26 Mei 2011. Linux Mint Katya berbasis Ubuntu 11.04 Natty Narwhal dengan memakai Linux Kernel 2.6.38, X.org 7.6 dan memakai GNOME 2.32. Meskipun berbasiskan Ubuntu 11.04, pada Linux Mint 11 tidak disertakan Unity. Linux Mint Katya tetap menggunakan GNOME 2.
